  3. With a driving record like that why wasn't this man's school bus endorsement revoked by the NJ Dept. of Motor Vehicles? The school district was extremely negligent in allowing this person to operate their buses. A lot of heads are going to roll. Passaic Board of Ed. has a liability nightmare on its hands.
