  2. Apparently lots of apartments were already built and now lay abandoned and vandalized. What can be done with any single family homes? They'll end up the same way after taxpayers pay to rebuild them.

  3. If this is gentrified, what does blighted look like? Who builds all the apartment complexes that now sit abandoned? Who paid for that? Another government boondoggle, I presume. It's a disgrace any part of the USA should look like this.
