  4. The only way this could happen is if the truck was on the tracks where it didn't belong. The only person that could tell us why the truck was on the tracks is dead.

  5. The truck had to be on the tracks ignoring the grade crossing warning signals. The train can't stop and it certainly wasn't running along on the road.
