Just the fact that they are here illegally is a crime even before they commit "formal" crimes such as robbery, murder, serious auto accidents, rape, etc. We used to respect the rule of law, but it doesn't seem that way anymore. Today we make heroes out of criminals and demonize law enforcement. Sanctuary cities are also breaking federal law and getting away with it.
