  1. Russia doesn't need to mobilize. It has the military manpower needed to achieve its goals. All Russia has to do is up the ANTE. And that means heavy attacks against all Ukraine infrastructure. Power stations, tv stations, radio stations, etc etc etc etc. And if that doesn't do the trick. Heavy attacks against ODESSA and KIEV after giving the civilians time to evacuate. Russia has the means to flatten Odessa and Kiev if need be. Hopefully it wont come to that.
