  2. It is highly unlikely to be an ISIS attack. The evidence so far points towards a Zelensky regime involvement. Thats not to say that extreme Islamic elements may not be involved after all they are in the Ukraine fighting against Russian forces. A small group of fanatics of whatever persuasion were probably paid to carry out the attack. They would have been provided with the necessary means to carry out surveillance and also have weapons provided as well as the vehicle used in the attack. Then they would have been promised an escape route back to the Ukraine. But thanks to the Russian intel services they were soon caught. In my opinion there is only one question ! ? Did the order to carry out the attack come form the top in the Ukraine or was it lesser operatives acting on their own account.

  3. There would be a response directly against the Zelensky regime if it is responsible for the terrorist attack. The response would be forceful and it would seek to neutralise the Zelensky regime. Therefore it would be a very significant development. Both Dmitry Medvedev and Vladimir Putin have intimated such.
