  1. The KREMLIN have made it fairly clear this year that they intend to neutralise the threat from the Ukraine. They have drawn a line in the Eastern Ukraine which was their intention. Never was their intention to capture the whole of the Ukraine. So the key word must be NEUTRALISE.

  2. First thing that came to my mind when hearing the details was that it had the hallmarks of yankee written all over the bomb. The mad yanks have caused and continue to cause trouble all over the World and then behave like Saints when things go badly wrong which they inevitably do.
