  5.  @notamurderer6226  There are lots of videos coming out of the Eastern Ukraine that show these banned weapons having been dropped in civilian areas. They are weapons that the Ukraine military possess. They are dropped in areas that have been captured by Russia. There are many eyewitness accounts from civilians.
