  1. A ceasefire would be meaningless unless it led to satisfaction for the KREMLIN. The KREMLIN has made it clear. No NATO. All territory now under Russian control to remain so. The demiliarisation of the Ukraine. But nothing coming from the western world seems to address those conditions. On the contrary it seems like the USA wants to control the Ukraine economically while Europe provides military assistance. Totally unacceptable to the KREMLIN.

  2. @radicalcartoons2766 he hasnt yet but he will probably have to because nothing is clear unless there has been behind the scenes agreements but that seems unlikely because the main contentions would still need to be addressed. Whats the point of any kind of ceasfire ! ?
