@NicholsonNeisler-fz3gi if you are talking about Dairy….i suggest this article that explains, the tarrifs were never been paid by USA because the tarrifs are just if USA exceed the amount that was agreed on the trade, and you did not exceed…..Canadians to have cows and our farmers to protect…Trump knows it well, he signed the deal before….He is just toying with USA citizens to blind you on the real thing, the money the tarifs will bring will go to cut taxes for the rich, and tarrifs are taxes that will increase prices for the consumers, you included…..and also Canada put 100% tarrifs on China EV cars to protect USA EV cars, should Canada remove this tarif to?…in a normal world, tarifs are put in place to protect interior market…not a toy for comercial war for the rich to benefit taxes cutting and people struggles.
