To all who say, I you can’t afford it find a cheaper town to live….greed is a sickness and it spreads…even once cheaper cities are lacking in affordable rentals and small affordable houses, because all cities have increased in population and builders don’t want to build affordable apartments, because the cost to build is high, mortgage loans are high, taxes are high and because revenues is just collecting rents years after years and also the management of all this, not worth it…as for small and affordable houses, even them not affordable because they want a big profit…so, even small and used to be affordable cities aren’t so affordable right now….

  2.  @shauncameron8390  yes i agree, some tenants are not good to, my parents used to have a duplex so I know that some don’t pay well and some break things to…but you see, I would like to buy a simple studio for my autistic (autonome) daughter but all available are to high priced, to much luxury or services that she don’t need, no gym, no pool, no fancy entrance etc…my house is mortgage free now, I am 56 years old but I am thinking of younger generations and low income or lower middle class people that struggle to pay rent or find their first house…
