Canadians needs that our resources money is put in the well being of citizens not private compagnies and shareholders…we need to nationalise the most of what we can…and invest in all provinces the money back in public health care because it is not put to use when not enough operation rooms or lack of hôpital employees exist because not enough budget…in education, social rentals, and reduce particulars income taxes to help low and middle class citizens reduce the burden on the cost of living…..so lets talk about a plan that make sense for the poeple…invest, build, give back to people, …that’s were my vote would go. 🇨🇦

  5. We didnt chose to ship our manufactures to china, compagnies did that themselves to gain profits…compagnies like cheap labor…in Canada labor is not enough cheap to them…we didnt chose…

Municipalities taxes are based on houses values…so higher houses prices the higher taxes they get, schools taxes to…essentially the federal and provincial gouvernement so are the municipalities do not want houses to go lower because it means higher budget and lower transfer money…the burden is on the citizens….what are they doing with all this money, income taxes, housing taxes, consommation taxes? It’s seams it’s never enough and the banks get the lion parts in this.

Homes were not affordable for my husband and i in 1994, with our salaries, we made the decision to move from the big town and went one hour north, we bought a lot, we cut some trees, we hired people for every steps of our home plans …no entrepreneur …we deal with all suppliers and services…we saved a lot…that was our first house, we sold it 8 years later and did it again for the second home, sold it again 16 years later, then for our last one, we bought and Old house that needed some love, we renovated, now it’s a beautiful house that i look forward to retirer in…. sometimes you can find gems but you have to compromise with the location and do some work…i still see some in the market that could be beautiful, the most important is that the fondation, structure, water, electricity is still in good shape….the rest you can renovate with work and Time…

  9. If renters counts, do something about the height demands versus low availability units….less immigration and take your millions and start building affordable rentals buildings in major cities…a.s.a.p
