@mharley3791 no, because of different reasons…1- greed of producers, transformation, distribution that prefer to do exportation so that put pression on the abondance of goods left locally, 2- gouvernements, federal and provincial taxes, 3- lack of laws in people best interest but instead in the companies best interest , 4- temperature, Canada is a country with winters and cold temperatures for months that can’t cultivate fruits, vegetables so we have to import and that cost more. 5- big conglomerates own food companies and they don’t do much concurrence with each other… and probably more other reasons…

@adamabele785 yes…that’s what I meant by distribution….the travel to do the distribution…..sorry if I was not clear enough…English is my second language…my first is French.
