I am a Canadian, when i go to the USA on vacation i cross the USA border, not the Canadian border, it is the duity of the USA border patrol to control my passport and accept to let me in….when i Côme back from USA i cross the Canadian border because i come into Canada….so…with that explanation, every border of the country that you enter is the responsability of that same country….Canada don’t control who comes in USA….don’t put all the blame and responsability to Canada…we can help but we have to do it together with each own part of responsability.
