The subject is not new…I saw about 30 or 40 years ago old fabrics turned into industrial loft condos…in Montreal/Canada…this solution is only a part in resolving the problem…..the real solution is to build or transform in small affordable rentals so rentals units in general would cost less and people with low income can find a place to live…
