This is because the supply doesn’t match the demande criterias…to expensives, to big, to much luxuries,…the regular people needs a Small affordable houses, and affordable rentals to, but no builder wants to build that because they dont make enough profits, they want to build (luxury condos) cash the cash now…towns should replace those builders and start building, one project at a Time, or when a building is seized by the bank, towns would be first to buy back …Old motels are transformed into studios rooms …towns can charge a rent Price but not to make profits so the price can be resonnable, …towns all over the country just have to charge a Little taxe to the riches or an obligation of donation for homeless….so…projects can be done, when there is a will there is a way, i just dont see the will…we have to change that, make them all accountable…

Wars always has been for the benefit of the oligarchies people, for land and resources, or to defend ourselves for the same reasons,…just look at what Trump try to do right now to Greanland, Canada, Gaza, Panama, Mexico…open your eyes, dont fight and lose your lives for greedy people… fight and protest in your homeland USA for your dignity, a place affordable to call home, affordable food on the table, affordable education, and affordable health care…that’s what is worth fighting for.

Nobody said double it or triple it….what happened is, the demande exceed the offer…if you have 3 buyers for your home you will sell to the highest bidder, and, in your neighborhood the prices will be set on this new prices, towns will evaluate houses like yours at this new prices and taxes will go higher…as for goods, they increase prices and fallow the sells…with goods that can be buy with loans like cars they increase because they sell you a paiement per months…also, with less concurrence compagnies have silent agreements, (colusions) to set prices they want, you have no choice to buy…and with tarifs it will go worst, that will reduce concurrence Even more, so up the prices again…there is always a Price to pay no matter what decision you make….chose well

I work for 6, 5 of them are paid …on the 6 Day i do laundry, clean the house, do buy food, make food, …it’s also work,….because women works to 5 days a week on a paid jobs we both partners have to work one Day not paid at home…so…same as Exodus…because it doesn’t say that it’s paid work, work is work, rest is rest.

  11. My daugther had a roommate, she didn’t tell she is borderline when she took the room, so…has not easy to deal with, she is out now, not always a good match, better be with some one you know instead of strangers.

  12. Canadian kellogs ingredients are not the same as US ones, some goes for ketchup Heinz...companies can do better but you have to force them a bit with stronger food regulations..and yes canadiens buys many US produits.

Life Will be harder if nothing is done now, older people have difficulties paying a rent Even if they had the possibility to save in their Life, imagine our younger generations, they can’t put a side money for later because all the greedy takes all, in 30-40 years from now it’s gona be hell on eart…Hunger games, was not fictional if you thing about it, it’s a View of the future Life who awaits us human if we let the 1% continue their games…..ex: why the gouvernement put billions in the conquest of Mars when it’s people are homeless, no proper free health care, no social housing…they don’t care, we have to make them accountable for the money we give them to budget…there is no way that our countries both USA and Canada (i am Canadian) can’t be the most comfortable and good for it’s citizens, all citizens, with the resources we have.
