  1. We need more social apartments and affordable houses, 400 000$ is not affordable, we need small starters houses around 250 000$, In the US as in Canada it’s the same problem.

  2.  @ashishpatel350 ..my reason to not buy a condo is Hoa fees and other problems with the way it’s managed, there aren’t any regulations to protect the owners….not because I have high standards…most of the people I talk to are thinking the same, they don’t want to be fooled so they are scared to buy condos…
