Anyone who has followed this case from the start can see the double standards the Japanese Justice system has when dealing with foreigners and locals, take a look at the executives at Kobe Steel they fiddle the books for 40yrs and not one person was charged, convicted or jailed, the company copped a fine, the executives bowed deeply and the rort goes on. Its gonna be interesting to hear his side of the story.

  8. There's still plenty of good news coming in, I wouldn't be surprised if the Fed does nothing - cutting the interest rates by a quarter or half a percent wont do anything for the economy except prop up the over priced share market.
