Anyone who has followed this case from the start can see the double standards the Japanese Justice system has when dealing with foreigners and locals, take a look at the executives at Kobe Steel they fiddle the books for 40yrs and not one person was charged, convicted or jailed, the company copped a fine, the executives bowed deeply and the rort goes on. Its gonna be interesting to hear his side of the story.

  2. That might be so, but its the double standards in the way foreign executives get treated compared to local executives - I'm not saying he's innocent but there should be one set of standards.
