  1. Er...This is what VW are calling a 'new' car? This car looks have gone backwards and now looks just like the MK 6. They may have tweaked some of the materials and other bits and bobs here and there but surely when you've got a chance to design a new car it should move the game on visually as well as dynamically. What other people think of the car you drive is very important to buyers and also to manufacturers but with this new Golf, apart from the 'plate' no one will notice it was a new car. No one!

  2. ***** actually yeh you're right and I particularly the mk5 gti but when a company the size of VW announce a new car I expect more.
