  1. Sounds like a small quantity of yellowcake. At current pricing of $50 per pound probably not a high value item. In terms of hazard, some people have posed at production facilities holding yellowcake in their cupped hands. It is sold in ordinary barrels. Not a high hazard material. If this is highly enriched material, then different story. Was not disclosed in the news story.
