  1. Not sure I would opt for the new build with incentives. Would be more inclined to wait for foreclosures in the same development but may take a year to two. Saw this in the last go around and the bottom really fell out. To buy new, it could be a falling knife.

  2. Something really strikes me in the 2nd street. Bunch of finished homes and very few starts and mid level. Might be a new phase, but when you see few early stage units, that tells you something.
