  1. Involved currently with a new construction sale. Contract price is low $400s. Contract date is late December. List date was late June well over 100 DOM. Original list price was near $500k. Yes, it's happening. Property near completion. A year ago, contracts were near list price and date was either before permit pulled or very early in construction. Things are changing.
