  1. Would be interesting to find articles to share from 2005 to see what predictions were being forwarded. I remember a few, slow down will be mild, price appreciation will level but prices wont go down, retiring baby boomers will buffer effects and prevent downturn, etc, etc. Truth is that when things change they become less predictable and wind up going direction that few saw ahead. Repeat? I think the uncertainty is so. Beyond that, the river goes where it will.
