  1. Just chiming in. One things that may be instructive, and you briefly touched on in recent video, is the proportion of a recent mortgage that goes to interest. Most don't know that there early years payments are dominantly interest with very little going to pay down principal. I would say that this is the most misunderstood area in real estate with potential buyers.
