  1. If DOMs return to historical levels, jaws will drop. If they return to levels of last recession, people will flat out have cardiac arrest. For those not following the markets over time, can you imagine 6 months or even over a years with multiple large price reductions? Yes it happened. Commonly. Then you know it might be time to jump in. Recommend patience. No such thing as too high or too low for RE prices.
