  1. The new CS index should be out tomorrow. Of course it is 2 months delayed to closing which means about 3 months from price agreement. Has been reducing in YOY gain for several straight months and should continue tomorrow but will see. Despite lagging, it is likely the most referenced index and the December report it negative for the 1 and 3 month periods. For some reason, the YOY is the most quoted period. Will backfire when June to June YOY come out, there will likely be some raised eyebrows.
