Thanks for sharing knowledge on financing. Very useful fills in some holes in my understanding. Given the focus on new construction, I think it might be helpful to explain the difference between construction perm loans and end close loans. I am involved almost entirely in services to new construction and it appears that outside lenders have tendency toward perm loans but builders in house financing tends to be end close loans. Might help viewers determine best strategies for new home purchases.
