  2. Think is construction goes out. How many worker are affected. All the people who are impacted in a conventional sale plus all the trades people who employed. In our area of SW Florida is dominated by real estate and construction as well as tourism which also would be affected. Add to all that the people/services where those dollars are spent. Yes, when housing goes down, it effects everything.
