  1. If sellers are freaking out now. Just wait. Depends upon sentiment and thus the direction of the FOMO. Technical data is fine and good to follow, but capitulation is the ultimate turning point and cannot realistically be quantified. Only time will tell. This cannot be accurately be predicted, but we know it when it gets here.

  2. Think what those YOY figures will show in 6 to 8 months from now when the price will be compared to about March of 2022. Case Schiller may show quite different 12 month results compared to what it shows now.

  3. Not sure if loans on real estate purchases have margin clauses as they do with securities, but good question. Perhaps Travis, being in the lending industry can comment. I would be interested to know as well.
