  1. Great as usual but one exception, builders do not necessarily complete projects if prices fall apart. In last debacle, many projects in our area vacated with numerous vacant lot remaining which were leveled and sodded over. 2 I remember had roads, street lights, and all other infrastructure installed, eventually became a forest of tall weeds but no houses. Biginning this new housing boom, both got bought by regional builders and are now fully built out. 1 partially built development turned away from package house/lot deals, and sold lots off and presumably modified the bylaws to allow builder of choice option for lot purchasers.
