I am ready to implement my new business model which will provide a series of services which focus on a down turned market. Really though there was about a year to go before pertinent, but the rate of change is evolving quickly. Bizarre considering how slow real estate generally moves. Sentiment can change rapidly however and appears to be. My current services my fall apart more quickly that I would like. Dinosaurs could not adapt and look what happened. Thanks for the update. 4 to 5% is an impediment? Holly cow. Would like to know the age brackets of the respondents. If this is true and plays out in reality, we are in for a very substantial downturn. My guess is that that sentiment could change, but who knows. We are truly in uncharted market dynamics. Especially if that interest rate opinion has to do with those rates taking them out of qualification. Amazing.
