  1. Interest rates need to go up not down. Americans as other Western people are always in debt buying things causing prices to artificially rise. Its time for them to get back to living within their means. Low interest rates benefit Wall Street, government spending, and foreigners looking to buy all of the property in America. It does not benefit Americans.
