I am 43, former military, and run an entire department. What Gen Z and some Millennials call, "quiet quitting" the rest of the generations call it "slacking" as many of them do not even do their job to a minimum level. Companies do need worker drones that come in and do the bare minimum but expect to stay in that role the rest of your life unless you decided to differentiate yourself through work ethic which requires you to care about yourself and your workplace. If you cant handle that then get comfortable not succeeding and people passing you by.

@cyclingdane101 Europeans can no longer be slackers, the days of riding on beneficial trade with Americans coupled with a security umbrella provided by Americans is quickly coming to a close. In the near future N. America is going to leave the rest of the planet in the dust, just sit back and watch LOL.

@0ntimetaiment921 Europeans are not know for work ethic but rather known for not having children and living off American security umbrella and Cold War trade benefits with America. This is rapidly ending and places like Germany are average age 50 and the country is already in a downward spiral as are many European countries. Europeans will be going back to their pre-WW2 poverty levels as N. Americans leave them in the dust.

@NightinGal89 Indians are already lazy, I have yet to meet one that could outwork an American lol. They are probably just treating them like normal workers in America and they can't hack the extra 20 breaks and social sessions most Indian workers engage in LOL.

The current respite you think you have is going to vanish quickly as more serious people show up so they can send money back to their home country where real poverty is an issue.
