  3. This is what happens when you put no effort or money in your military. We Americans warned you foreigners for decades to arm up as the world still has dictators. NATO countries did next to nothing especially Germany and Canada when it came to funding their own militaries. The Germans even funded the Russian state after the 2014 invasion and the Germans have blood on their hands yet again.
