I was in the military then in 2005, the Democrat governor of Louisiana was on vacation and Rumsfeld already notified the National Guard bureau to tell units to be ready 40 hours before the landfall of hurricane Katrina. The governor waited 4 days to give permission for federal and outside national guard to enter the state which is law. After the Democrat mayor and Governor did a horrible job they started blaming Bush and using the racism card. FEMA was new back then inefficient but had nothing to do with the state not preparing for the disaster.

  43. I lived in Canada many years ago the people there are taught to hate American people by way of CBC, CTV, a Global News. They are taught to hate America in their public schools as well. Canada should be made to have visas to go into the United States as they raid all of the big box stores and popular tourist destinations.
