  1. The media is not translating this properly. Xi Ping is mad that he was called out publicly and then told Trudeau there will be consequences and when walked off camera saying he was naive. The Chinese government is now walking back Xi's response here. As long as Canada is America's ally Xi will do very little to Canada. If Canadian leftists continue to expose their hatred of the USA this will eventually lead to Americans punishing Canada and Xi will be free to bitch slap Trudeau in public.

  2. I'm not sure how Canadians think Trudeau showed "toughness" here. I am American and this isn't tough. Trump telling Germany to stop buying Russian oil and pay up for NATO while pushing a Prime Minister out of the way is tough. A Canadian pretty boy PM firing off his rehearsed platitudes isn't tough or even serious. Xi detected the platitudes and left due to irritation which Canada will pay for unfortunately just like when Trudeau sent that idiot big mouth Freeland to D.C. where she was punished with tariffs for Canada.
