American veteran here, time for reality to sink in. The free ride on the backs of the American tax payer is coming to a close 😂
50
Except you had marriage and kids back then. Now you are childless and living with your parents 😂
43
@walterroux291 Nonsense, the government printing trillions has created the vast majority of inflation. You are fully engaged in corporate propaganda.
33
He is suffering from TDS, it makes you say crazy things.
28
@e4arakon If we had an empire you wouldn't be quick to disrespect us on our American smartphones using our American websites. I know much about the unfair trade of foreign countries that also took advantage of our security umbrella while their own population avoids military service. It's time for foreigners to tighten up their belts, work more hours, and serve their country. They will be too busy to talk smack about Americans online 😂

Turkey does not have the logistical capacity to project power. It's a regional land power.
23
That's not what happened in 1939 when cowardly Swedes did nothing for Finland.

I was in the USAF for a decade starting in the 90s and I grew up on Navy bases. One thing I have noticed about civilians in that time and today is the constant doubting of American technology and know how when it comes to war and the constant over estimation of foreign forces, friend and enemy alike. I remember seeing Russian equipment up close and personal from ships to aircraft. The first thing that comes to mind is poorly maintained, rusty, lower tech, and corner cutting down to the smallest of details. It's not surprising that the Patriot missile system an outgrowth technology from SDI the liberals mocked is shooting down alleged "hyper" sonic missiles which i also highly doubt are as the Russians are propagandists and corner cutters.
13
The same goes for the military 1999-2009. When I was in the US Air Force they had to start centralizing all of the data because so many squadrons were cooking the books for maintenance and mission capable rates. We even had a maintenance commander threaten 12hrs 7 days a week work schedules after he "choked" the NCOs if mission capable rates did not rise to the percentage he wanted.
13
Yes, he is still suffering from TDS.
12
@mossing234 That's because India is more prudent compared to China and China is already declining.
11
@P.G.Wodelouse I was no cook but even cooks in the military deserve respect because without them your logistics and war fighters come to a complete stop, see Russia for details. Only a rookie or silly civilian would ever consider a job like, "just a cook" in such a disrespectful manner. Just another reason to have you foreigners pulling your own weight.
11
No he didn't, he is playing good politics. The man is already laying the ground work for the present and the future. He is already making trade and defense pitches to encourage further support.
10
@Domesticated_Ape Brits need to stop kissing up to the Europeans and work better with their cousins.
9
Most of the inflation is done by money printing, to pretend it's done by anything else as a major factor is nonsense.
9
@AK-cr5pe 100% wrong. The US government shutdown down businesses and restricted to people to their homes and handed people trillions of dollars to spend. People who were working from home remotely even moved to other states buying up all the housing driving costs way up because of it and are still hesitant to come back to work because they got used to working in an inexpensive state while making big income from blue cities. Once again handing out money off of the printing press devalued your purchasing power and caused the mass rush on products creating artificial demand. Politicians would love to blame corporations for their reckless policies.

I am a former USAF, my cousin is a Chief in the Navy, and many of my old US Air Force friends from when I was in are Master Sergeants now. They tell me that the Democrat's Marxist DEI policies are ensuring we have some of the most unfit people serving in the US military today. We can't find any recruits and the recruits we do have walk around overweight with coffee cups bragging about being gay. Discipline is poor and it's all leftist ideology being brought in. Myself and other former and active veterans don't think America's mission readiness is up to par. We may find out when America decides to drop these brainwashed DEI kids into an operation and they can't maintain ops tempo due to incompetency. Democrats should have left the military alone when it was 90% conservative and half of it was staffed by the children of military veterans(true believers).

Nice nonsensical Wikipedia cut and paste 😂

@feliz2892 Americans such as myself and my family have been defending Western Europeans for over 70 years. It's time for Euros to get their work boots back on, the free American ride is over 😂
8
@jomamma1750 I have studied WW2 and the Russians relied on theft of the locals and handouts from Britain and the USA along with a shit ton of casualties due to incompetence. Today's weapons are far more deadlier making WW2 wave attack strategy something Russia cannot do any longer.
8
@Waverlyduli More like a lack of common sense, spending so much time to save a dollar just to waste that dollar on something narcissistic.
8
Our allies are shit though. The Brits have poor logistics but will fight when Americans transport them to battle. As for the rest of our allies many were in rear areas during the entire War on Terror. Many of our "allies" are underfunded and many of their citizens view military service as a last resort rather than an honor. Also, many of our "allies" and their citizens are ignorant of the poor shape their armed forces are in and there is no shortage of anti-American government funded media in these countries telling their citizens that under 2% of GDP military funding is perfectly acceptable.
8
He also suffers from TDS.
8
@Nun195 All of these people are engaged in corporate propaganda, America never did and doesn't require slave labor to make our products. I'm only 45 years old but I remember when America had so many American made products that lasted for many years, and we still had plenty of millionaires and billionaires.
8
@Gridlocked You are unaware of the love affair with the Democrats and Marxism?
8
My union already went on strike last year, we ended up with a 15% raise after 4 weeks.
7
Apparently you've never seen him hiking in Washington State or British Columbia lol. A lot of New Zealand looks like New Mexico and the Reno area, no trees and desolate.
7
@pllpsy665 I have definitely seen that, I live around a lot of Chinese. They don't seem to raise their children well and don't seem to understand voting for a candidate or party. They can be very nice people though lol.
7
I grew up on American naval bases overseas and later served in the USAF from the late 90s to 2009. The Chinese and Russian governments have never liked each other.
7
Not a lot, not in your lifetime.
7
@shyviking Meet actual Chinese citizens like I do, you will see Peter is correct on China's trajectory.
7
@plebius Americans still have children unlike Europeans and Canadians which have completely given up raising a family and marriage which is the most natural thing a human can do.
7
You sound like a moocher, I have lived in 3 countries and the United States is the easiest as it's easy to find work and make it happen. If you are a slacker then yes go to Europe 🤣
7
Yeah it wouldn't be the Democrats high taxes, broken schools, and weak on crime policies would it? 😂
6
@bpo6955 Chat GPT for the win!
6
@chillxxx241 I supervise tons of kids in the private sector now, they actually enter universities asking what a "file directory" is. This may be the case in the Army because they were digging at the bottom of the barrel for recruits since 2003. The US Air Force never lowered its standards to waive criminal offenses and category IV ASVAB types. As far as drones and other "high tech" stuff go airmen were doing that when I was in from 1999-2009. The people running the military now from ships and bases are accurate. They are not confident in these new people due to their ideology, lack of work ethic, and unstable behavior. We don't have a great economy now and it's still hard to find any recruits and we can't rely on veterans encouraging their kids to join because of the ideology from the Democrat party not to mention the lack of trust veterans have towards their policies.
6
@i6power30 Clearly you have never been to the Pacific Northwest or Western Canada 🤣
6
Have you ever been to a US Navy base? There are hardly any subs docked and when there are subs docked it's like two at a time. They depart and return unannounced.
5
@actionjksn Not "cities" Democrats which run most of these cities and chased away most of their industries.
5
I have met tons of Chinese immigrants from Beijing in Canada. They all tell me the population is quite old and the younger generation doesn't want to farm or do any of the trades. They all want to work in an office.
5
American expat here, Americans overall have great work ethic, are team oriented, and get to the crux of an issue I see less of this overseas.
5
Germany is arresting people for memes, those people never learn to stop being tyrants.
5
@henli-rw5dw If you want to depend on an AI that makes Vikings black people teach you because you are lazy, by all means go ahead 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
5
@alexcavalcanti2021 The people elect representatives not judges, there should be ZERO judges with as much power as we see in Republics and Democracies.
5
@geoffrobinson The Ukrainians thought they would never invade either. Look at their cities on Google images now, thanks.
5
@daxster25 You are assuming low tech missiles are accurate 😂
5
@jomamma1750 Your dream of a return of communism isn't going to happen 🤣
5
@Mikethemerciless11 They seem narcissistic and prolific spenders to me then complain a restaurant is overpriced lol.
5
@Mike80528 Yes, GenZ and plenty of Millennials in the USA adopted European socialist ideals and are now stuck at their parents house, meanwhile the rest of us got it the American way and now we own our houses and cars complete with incoming pensions coupled with serious investments. There are a lot of excuses out there like, "late stage capitalism bro" and even more as to why they can't get laid 😂
5
Are you kidding? The German police are arresting people for passing around memes bro? That's pretty authoritarian like 🦅🇺🇲
