@alexcavalcanti2021 The people elect representatives not judges, there should be ZERO judges with as much power as we see in Republics and Democracies.

Peter you are 100% incorrect, judges are unelected bureaucrats and are used for judicial tyranny like we see in the United States. Even when the United States was formed the Supreme Court was incredibly weak as intended until over the years the executive branch and Congress learned the power of corrupting the unelected judicial branch. As for Israel it was formed as a socialist state hence it has always been poorly developed and corrupt. You are literally seeing American educated Jewish people bring capitalism and order to Israel and the crazy commie types don't like that.

Peter is dead wrong here as people do not elect judges but rather representatives. In America the Supreme Court was never given much power but it seized power for itself and Congress created a ton of these made up circuit court judges that are just political unelected hacks that push the will of their party. We even have federal judges override the will of American voters in their own states pretending to "find" things in our Constitution.

@mavfin8720 Israel as been a socialist poor hell hole forever. Only in recent decades has America educated Jews introduced American style freedoms concepts to Israel the beggar state. Israel will eventually stand on its own two feet.

There should be no judges with life appointments and certainly not all of these made up fake circuit judges. America is ruled a lot by judicial tyranny and Peter is dead wrong on this topic. The people elect representatives not "judges".

@stephenopgenorth558 Correct, judicial tyranny is practiced everywhere including the United States which unelected bureaucrats in black robes pretend to be fair and impartial judges as the run the voter right over.

@mavfin8720 No it doesn't, the tyranny simply continues. These judges need to go, unelected bureaucrats are not for a free country.
