  2. Have you ever been to a US Navy base? There are hardly any subs docked and when there are subs docked it's like two at a time. They depart and return unannounced.

  3. The world didn't race fast for any of those. The United States has carried the burden of the Cold War and War on Terrorism more than all countries combined. Germany on the other hand doesn't pay 2% of GDP towards it's military violating NATO policy at the same time enriching Russia by buying oil even during the war.
