These natives were stone age raiders and would rape, butcher, steal, and kill travelers and settlements they could reach in America not to mention other less powerful tribes. Unfortunately the vast majority are soft and have never seen violence or horrible things humans do to others but our fore fathers knew the stone age raiders were untrustworthy and violent. They were treated better than they treated others by a lot. Have you been to a reservation lately to witness the rape and violence of native on native? It hasn't changed guy.
