  1. The same goes for the military 1999-2009. When I was in the US Air Force they had to start centralizing all of the data because so many squadrons were cooking the books for maintenance and mission capable rates. We even had a maintenance commander threaten 12hrs 7 days a week work schedules after he "choked" the NCOs if mission capable rates did not rise to the percentage he wanted.
