  1. When I was a crew chief in the US Air Force I eventually understood logistics, supply, training, and maintenance. The average civilian thinks you can hand over complex systems and magically the foreign military can use it. The average civilian is also unaware that allied countries corner cut everywhere compared to American equipment including the Leopard tank. The intelligent thing to do is transfer equipment Ukranians already know how to use and setup training pipelines in the West and settle on one kind of tank and other complex systems. Mixing Abrams and Leopards is an act of retardation. Western nations should also be looking at private armies that already know to operate these things. The United States has millions of veterans.
