  3. Canadians are simply walking back their absurd beliefs and comments going back to 2006. The F-35 is the new F-16 and always was. Foreigners were too arrogant and stupid to realize that. In recent USAF budget overviews the F-35A is $85mil in today's money and started at $140mil in 2015. This information was always available from the USAF comptroller cite but of course civilian experts watching CBC knew better.
