In my opinion the greatest mistake was to sell the Bay to Americans. Do they care? Does not look like that. Their interests lie somewhere out. I worked for the store and remember how many real professionals were pushed out just before their retirement because the company didn't want to pay any benefits. Instead part- timers were hired, even on- call workers came. These people feel that they are temporary and nobody cares. It worsen the situation and was one of the factors that got the store to where it is now. So sad. I will miss the Bay.
