  2. Likely booming for "some". Probably the lower class whites haven't received any of the gains. The rich whites that own businesses and real estate are making bank. The legal / illegal immigrants are caught in the middle as pawns.

  3. This is one of the times when Sam is a bit too biased on the issue. White people don't want any black / brown people to immigrate here legally or illegally. They don't view the legal migrant immigration status as a positive. This is why the Dems lose elections.
