  1. If you can find Korean radish, you should start making it (radish kimchi). It’s the easiest to make and stores the best (doesn’t get soggy). I’d say make the cabbage one, but it’s pretty time consuming and varying degrees of success.

  3. SCMP is such a propaganda rag now. Always about a crisis in other countries, but never about the lockdowns in mainland China. Some regions have been locked up for 2 months and people starved.
