  2.  @derekwampum8861  It's more of an issue for the Philippines / Vietnam. About 1000 mile range from China's coastline. Boasting that you are burning fuel isn't a positive for range. In theory, it could get around the East side of Taiwan if there was an invasion to extend airpower boundaries. An electromagnetic catapult in theory sounds great. Ain't no way it's launch speed capabilities are even close to US carriers.
