  1. Depending on the data, Korea has 3-5% of their population of foreign workers. Japan is around 2.5%. Both countries can absorb 2-3x over time. Both countries offer high incomes to foreign workers to make it attractive. China has it much worse. You can't import 50M+ workers to China. And even if they could, the pay isn't attractive.
