  1. In Korea, I'm pretty sure pedestrians do not have the right of way on a green light. Saebyeok was crossing while the light was green. 10:13 you can see the green crossing for the perpendicular street hence it was red crossing for Saebyeok. Korea has tried to alleviate this by putting in sound signals for seeing impaired. Cars in Korea are pretty reckless vs the states on right turns on red. Rarely yield to pedestrians.
